West Midlands House shortlisted as a finalist in the FlexSA Awards 2026

We’re delighted to announce that West Midlands House has been shortlisted as a finalist in the FlexSA Awards 2026, in the Excellence in Customer Services – North of England & West Midlands catergory.

For the first time, we have entered the FlexSA Awards, and to be recognised alongside some of the region’s largest and most established workspace providers is a fantastic achievement for our team.

Putting people at the heart of everything we do

At West Midlands House, we believe that great customer service is about more than just providing a workspace. It’s about creating a welcoming environment when businesses, individuals and entrepreneurs feel supported, valued and part of a community.

Based in a converted lock factory in Willenhall, between Walsall & Wolverhampton, we offer a diverse range of workspace and business services, including serviced offices, coworking spaces at The XChange, meeting and training rooms, virtual offices, therapy rooms, storage facilities and, most recently, our photo shoot studio hire.

Behind all of this our small, dedicated team, who work hard every day to make sure our members and visitors receive a friendly, personal experience.

A fantastic milestone for our team

Being named a finalist is particularly special as this our first time entering the awards. It give us an opportunity to celebrate the hard work that goes on behind the scenes and the relationships we build with the businesses and individuals who make up the West Midlands House community.

We’re proud to represent the Black Country and the wider West Midlands flexible workspace sector, and we’re looking forward to celebrating alongside fellow finalists from across the industry.

Looking ahead to the awards

The winners of the FlexSA Awards 2026 will be announced at the awards Gala Dinner in London on 26th November 2026.

Whatever the outcome, reaching the finalist stage is something we’re incredibly proud of. A huge thank you to our team, members and everyone who has supported West Midlands House along the way.
