Having recently moved to West Midlands House, I can honestly say it’s been a very positive experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. The building is welcoming and clean. I’ve been particularly impressed with how the challenges of managing social distancing have been responded to. West Midlands house appealed to our company when looking for office space owing to its close proximity to the motorway and being located between Walsall and Wolverhampton. There is a free car park opposite the building which was also really appealing. The offices are clean and modern with good onsite facilities. The management team are based on site and quick to respond to any queries that may come up. I would recommend West Midlands house to any business looking for a cost effective modern office facility.
