Our unique industrial-style space in Willenhall is now available for photography, portrait shoots and creative content.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Photo Studio Hire service at West Midlands House, offering photographers, content creators and businesses a distinctive space to bring their ideas to life.

Housed in a converted lock factory, our building offers a unique industrial setting, with characterful sandblasted brickwork providing a striking backdrop for portrait photography, professional headshots, branding shoots and creative content.

Following growing interest from photographers and their clients who have using our space for shoots, we’ve introduced a dedicated hire service to make booking our studio easier and more accessible.

Whether you’re a professional photographer, a business looking to refresh your brand imagery or someone waiting to capture a special moment, our photo studio offers an alternative to a traditional photography studio.

The building’s industrial heritage and distinctive interiors create a versatile backdrop for a range of photography styles, from professional portraits and business headshots to creative projects and social media content.

Photo studio hire is available by the hour, half day, or full day, Monday to Friday. Bookings can be made through our website, but phone or via our client portal, with exclusive discounts available for West Midlands House members.

Alongside our new photo studio hire service, we offer serviced offices, virtual offices, coworking facilities at The XChange, meeting and training rooms, and treatment and therapy rooms. With flexible agreements ranging from three, six and twelve months to rolling monthly terms, we provide workspace solutions to suit a variety of business needs.
