The XCHANGE Co-Working Office
We are extremely excited to be announcing the arrival of our new co-working facility here at West Midlands House in 2022!
Reimagining the workspace of tomorrow, offices and businesses need flexibility and responsiveness. We’ve listened to our tenants ideas and the requirements for post COVID-19 office space and workspace solutions.
Renovations are about to start to expand our flexible workspace options to accommodate the all new ‘XCHANGE’, an incredibly special co-working suite.
The existing Xchange suite which has been hosting networking events and business seminars over the last couple of years. The team here explored options for improving the space to build on it’s success in collaboration opportunities for our local business community.
The current Coronavirus workplace uncertainty allowed us to research how we can best serve the entrepreneurs in our region with more flexibility, options, professional contacts and this has formed the basis of our development. The theme of the Xchange has been created around the building’s history as an early 1900s Lock Factory. The modern industrial design will showcase the building’s original features and heritage whilst complimenting modern efficient technologies and will play to its strengths as a hub for all types of business user.
Based on a membership rather than contractual tenancy, the all-new co-working Xchange will offer an office solution to a wider range of users from home workers to regional visiting staff. Members will be able to work in a relaxed and creative environment with inclusive coffee bar and high-speed internet.
With more home and remote workers looking for an occasional or variable office solution we will soon have the perfect solution!
