Job Description

Price Chopper currently has a position open for a pharmacy technician in Spring Hill, KS. We are looking for: A highly energetic, compassionate, friendly, team-oriented individual. Experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide hands-on training). The candidate must have a strong desire to learn and work at a fast pace and have proven problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. The candidate must be detail-oriented and self-motivated. Key Responsibilities: Working under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Accurate prescription data entry. Accurate and efficient filling of medications. Answering phones promptly and professionally. Maintaining customer confidentiality and HIPAA protocols. Dealing with insurance issues. Housekeeping duties as directed. Able to follow all checklists and procedures competently.
